M&A Manager to HR Friend - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

As the M&A Manager you will...

• Source and evaluate potential target companies
• Conduct financial modelling and valuation
• Negotiate term sheet/letter of intent
• Project lead the Due Diligence process and coordinate a strong network of
  advisers
• Lead the negotiations and strive for successful completions
• Be supportive in areas like financing and integration

Professionally you have...

• University degree in economics, finance, or similar.
• Preferably five years of proven experience in M&A.
• Knowledge of M&A processes and experience in leading these types of processes.
• Strong business mind and excellent analytical skills - must be an expert in using
  standard finance tools and the MS Office Suite.

Location
The role will be based in Stockholm, but will also involve remote work and travelling when meeting with potential target companies. We also have offices where you can work from in Trollhättan and Lund.
